Infosys and CTS Accreditation
Infosys Technologies launched
its training program - Campus Connect in September 2006
at HCE
with a view to make the students employable to the industries.
Totally 160 students were trained in two batches on
different modules programmed in association with Infosys
Technologies. Infosys has conducted various programs
and has also donated a laptop for the program. Infosys
provided the students with certificates.
Cognizant Technology
Solutions Ltd accredited Hindustan
College of Engineering on its academic infrastructure
and learning processes for the purpose of recruiting
HCE students on regular basis.
HCE provides
an environment which fosters not only the intellectual
but also the overall personality development to its
students. Personality Development workshops are organised
the college for pre-final and final year students with
a view to equip them with the necessary soft skills
required to face the interviews and emerge successfully
in today's competitive atmosphere.
The students are exposed to intensive
training in development of communication skills, motivation
skills and leadership skills. They gain essential inputs
in goal setting and team working. They also undergo
group discussions and personal interview sessions. More
than 900 students of prefinal and final year of UG &
PG programmes are benefitted from these workshops every
year.
Our college considers placement and
training as its prime duty to every student who gets
an admission in to the college.
The placement cell has been established
in all the institutions to ;
- Provide opportunity for pre-final
and final year students to attend campus interviews
conducted by leading companies.
- Provide in-plant training to the
students during their summer and winter vacations.
- Prepare the students to face interviews,
aptitude test and group discussion.
