The administrative office is located at #40, Grand Southern Trunk (GST) Road, St. Thomas Mount, Chennai at a distance of about 1/2 a km from Guindy Railway Station and 3 kms from the Chennai International Airport.

The office is ideally located for the students to arrive either by bus or by electric train from any part of Chennai city. Guindy and St. Thomas Mount subway railway stations are at equal distances from the office.

OFS, exists in two distinct training facilities. Ground training is carried out in a well-furnished three-stored air conditioned building in the center of the city. Flying training is carried out in the airport and the OFS Hangar houses 8 aircraft, besides the associated technical facility at the airport are given below:

Excellent weather all the year through and the absence of Commercial flying activity renders Pondicherry the perfect environment for interrupted Flight Training. OFS is located in a tower controlled airport, trainees routinely fly in and communicate with the ATC system, which gives them invaluable experience.
